A result of Phase I? Perhaps. We started opening at the beginning of May. Considering TaT and incubation period this aligns itself nicely to when I'd expect a pop in cases. Obvious to me, Phase I, bad idea. We've moved into Phase II this week as well.
I suspect we won't decrease cases, see a relative steady addition of cases, then another pop from Memorial Day weekend activities. Shortly after, results from Phase II.
