All signs point to an increase in the infection rate. I fully expect that when I return later this week the numbers will be meaningfully higher than they are now. There really isn't much more to say other than maybe "Science! It works!". I'm not aware of a single epidemiologist that thought re-opening was a good idea without having proper testing, tracing, and other infrastructure in place to go along with it. This is why.
